2. Digital Product Policy

All items sold on https://ecutuningpro.com are digital downloads containing software files, activation keys, and related materials.Because these items cannot be physically returned or revoked, refunds are granted only under specific and verifiable circumstances.

3. Eligible Refund Cases

We may issue a refund in the following scenarios:

Duplicate payment: accidental double purchase of the same product.
Corrupted or incomplete file: if the product is damaged and no working replacement can be provided.
Non-delivery: if you do not receive your download/activation email within 24 hours and support has not responded.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Change of mind or accidental purchase.

5. Exchanges and Replacements

If a product fails to activate or the download is corrupted, we will provide a replacement link or new activation key at no cost.Replacements are always processed before any refund request is evaluated.

7. Delivery Policy

All orders are processed automatically. You will receive an email containing your download link and activation key immediately after payment.Check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the message before contacting support.

8. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

We actively review and dispute fraudulent chargebacks. Filing a chargeback after receiving a valid activation key is considered digital product fraud.We reserve the right to block access and report misuse to payment processors and relevant authorities.
